Roslyn J. Smith (She, Her, Hers)

Roslyn is a NY/NJ tri-state based professional who has specialized in digital client experience at Fortune 500 companies. She has excelled at turning consumer feedback into actionable insights, leading digital transformation through Agile methodology, and delivering executive level communications to a global business audience. As a digital product owner, she managed the enablement of Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and PayPal mobile wallet functionality for North America retail and credit card banking customers. She has experience delivering technical functionality on asset management software for institutional investment banking clients.

Most recently she led the digital strategy for several candidates pursuing public office in New Jersey, responsible for paid media, including programmatic advertising, social media ads, CTV commercials and other marketing channels; the victorious campaign produced the most diverse delegation in the history of the state.

​

 

Roslyn has championed diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout her career and is responsible for implementing leadership development workshops to support women and underrepresented people in the refinement of their self-promotion skills through partnership with Google’s #IamRemarkable initiative. Prior to entering the banking industry, she worked on several successful municipal, county, state, and federal election campaigns as Executive Director of the Essex County Democratic Committee.

When outside of the office she enjoys traveling. She is always on the hunt for interesting podcasts and nursing a dependency on Audible.
